Terms of Service

By creating an account or using og-fox (og-fox.com), you agree to these terms. Read them first — if you disagree, don't use the service.

Acceptable use

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and render.
• Do not use the service to host unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or hateful imagery, or to impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the rendering pipeline, or pull rendered images for non-social-preview purposes.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Fees are listed on the pricing page.
• Plans come with workspace and template ceilings. Creating beyond the ceiling is blocked until you upgrade.
• You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not refund partial periods. If you are overcharged due to an error on our end, contact us and we will make it right.

Fair use

Per-template rendering ceilings (hourly, daily, monthly) protect the shared infrastructure. If you exceed them, we may serve the last cached image instead of a fresh render. Sustained abuse may lead to account suspension — we will contact you first when possible.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or beyond our control (e.g., upstream provider outages). We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond a prorated refund of the affected period.

Content ownership

You retain all rights to the templates, copy, logos, and imagery you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, render, and serve them solely so the product can work. We do not use your content to train models or for any purpose beyond running the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, access to the service ends; your content is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
