Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and render.
• Do not use the service to host unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or hateful imagery, or to impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the rendering pipeline, or pull rendered images for non-social-preview purposes.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Fees are listed on the pricing page. Annual plans save two months versus monthly.
• Every paid plan includes unlimited sites, all 100+ templates, and a monthly page quota. A “page” is one cache-miss render; cache hits are unlimited and never count against your quota.
• Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime via the Stripe Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 30-day no-questions refund on new subscriptions. Beyond that we do not refund partial periods, but if you are overcharged due to an error on our end, contact us and we will make it right.

Plans include a monthly page quota and per-account rate limits that protect the shared infrastructure. If you approach 50% overage we will email you; sustained 2× overage for two consecutive months triggers a forced upgrade prompt. Hotlink detection auto-throttles 10×+ spikes from non-approved domains. Sustained abuse may lead to account suspension — we will contact you first when possible.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or beyond our control (e.g., upstream provider outages). We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond a prorated refund of the affected period.

You retain all rights to the templates, copy, logos, and imagery you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, render, and serve them solely so the product can work. We do not use your content to train models or for any purpose beyond running the service.

You can delete your account at any time from the workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, access to the service ends; your content is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
