og-fox (og-fox.com) generates branded Open Graph images on your behalf. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it. If anything here is unclear, email us before using the product.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address (required to sign in) and the display name you set. We use Supabase Auth; Supabase stores this on our behalf.
• Workspace content — the templates, brand kits, and parameter values you create. This is yours; we store it so the product works.
• Billing metadata — if you subscribe, Stripe stores your payment method and we keep a subscription record (plan ID, status, renewal date). We never see card numbers.
• Usage telemetry — we log each image render with the template, workspace, timestamp, and whether it was a cache hit. This powers your analytics dashboard and our fair-use controls.
• Public image requests — when a crawler fetches an image from /img/{templateId}, we record the request for rate limiting. Requests themselves are not personally identifying.

What we do not collect

• We do not track visitors to sites that embed our images.
• We do not sell data to third parties.
• We do not build behavioural profiles.

Sub-processors

We rely on the following services to run the product:

• Supabase — auth, database, RLS.
• Cloudflare — Browser Rendering, R2 object storage, edge caching.
• Stripe — subscription billing.
• Google Fonts — font delivery for rendered images.

Data retention

Account and workspace content lives for as long as your account is active. If you delete a workspace, the workspace's templates, versions, analytics, and rendered images are deleted. If you delete your account, all associated workspaces follow. Backup copies may linger up to 30 days before being purged.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU/UK, the usual GDPR rights apply — access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection.
